Registered 7th October 1897 to acquire a copper mining property from the Andes Copper Mining and Exploration Co., Ltd. that had formally belonged to the West Mount Lyell Copper, Gold and Silver Mining Co., Tasmania Ltd. Operations proved disappointing with the ore body being low grade. Mining work was suspended in June 1901. The company was acquired by the West Mount Lyell Ltd. In voluntary liquidation November 1907. Company number 54323
