Formed to acquire 1,152 claims at Tarkwa, Wassau district, Gold Coast Colony. From the Fanti Consolidated Mines Ltd. And the Gold Coast Amalgamated Mines Ltd. The consideration paid for this property was £300,000 paid as £100,000 in cash and £200,000 in fully paid shares. In February 1903 200 claims were sold to the Abbontiakoon Block 1, Ltd. For £100,000 in filly paid shares, in 1906 an additional 100 claims and the options over 200 deep levels claims where also sold to the Block 1 company. In 1909 it was decided to wind up voluntarily and amalgamate with the Abbontiakoon Block 1 Ltd. to form the Abbontiakoon Mines Ltd.
