Registered 1896 to acquire Greenfell & Accles Ltd. and Accles Arms and Ammunition Manufacturing Co. Ltd., Holford Works, Perry Barr, Birmingham, engineers, manufacturers of cycles, motor cars, arms and ammunition. Produced the Accles-Turrell Autocar in 1900 which was shortlived. Joined Pollock to form the famous tube manufacturers Accles & Pollock in 1901. Company number 48172
