Ringwood, Christchurch and Bournemouth Railway
Incorporated on 8th August 1859. A line connecting the towns, later extended to Bournemouth, and connected with the London and South Western Railway. It opened in 1862 and amalgamated with the London and South Western (who had worked the line) in 1874.
Capital £45,000 in shares of £10 each. Loans of £15,000. Additional £30,000 and £10,000 respectively for Bournemouth Extension in 1863.
