Rye and Dungeness Railway
Incorporated on 5th August 1874. A line planned to connect Dungeness to the South Eastern Railway in Rye. It was however built from Appledore rather than Rye, and opened in 1883 after being dissolved and passing to the South Eastern Railway in 1875.
