Halifax High Level and North and South Junction Railway Company
Incorporated on 7th August 1884.
A line just over 3 miles in length, running between Halifax and Holmfield, never reaching its intended terminus in Huddersfield. It opened in 1890 and was vested jointly in the Lancashire and Yorkshire, and the Great Northern Railways in 1894.
Capital £270,000 in shares of £10 each, loans of £90,000.
