North Caucasian Oil Fields Limited

Registered in London 29th January 1901 to acquire 215 acres in the Grosny oilfields and a further 280 acres East of Grozny. Henri Deterding of Royal Dutch was a director. Properties transferred to a new Russian company for 15,000,000 roubles.
Capital £750,000 in 1,344,000 ordinary shares of 10 shillings and 78,000 preference shares of £1. Increased to £1,000,000 with the issue of 500,000 more 10/- ordinary shares.
