Kelvedon, Tiptree and Tollesbury Pier Light Railway Company
Incorporated under Light Railway Order in 1901.
A 9¾ mile line connecting the villages with the Great Eastern Railway, later extended to the pier. The line first opened in 1904, and closed in 1951 when the pier itself was closed.
