Incorporated on 26th August 1889
A line to extend the existing Swansea and Mumbles Railway from Oystermouth to Mumbles Head and to build a pier there. The new line and pier opened in 1898, and in 1899 were leased to the Swansea Improvements and Tramways Company (SITC).

Capital £81,000 in shares of £10 each, loans of £27,000.
