Incorporated on 25th July 1898.
A line running between North Walsham and Cromer in Norfolk, and to Lowestoft in Suffolk, jointly owned by the Great Eastern, and the Midland and Great Northern companies. It opened from 1998 onwards and passed to the London, Midland and Scottish, and the London North Eastern Railways at grouping.
