An 8 mile link line between the existing railways. The company was dissolved and taken over by the Neath and Brecon Railway in 1869, and opened in 1875. Passed to the Great Western at grouping.
Capital £120,000 in £10 shares, loans of £40,000. Increased for new branch in 1865 by £15,000 and £5,000 respectively.
