Trent Valley Railway Company
Established in manchester in April 1844. Incorporated on 21st July 1845.
A 50 mile line joining the London and Birmingham, and Grand Junction Railways in Rugby and Stafford, opened in 1847. This railway lead to the formation of the London and North Western Railway out of the Grand Junction, the London and Birmingham, and the Manchester and Birmingham Railways.
