Owned a gold mine at Burnt Yards, Orange, New South Wales. As was typical with a lot of mining enterprises the prospects of the company had been over inflated. The shareholders had a very public disagreement with the directors in the local newspapers. The last report of the company is the miners being laid off in mid 1890 after the mine was flooded.
