Incorporated in Delaware in 1920. A combination of all the companies controlled by E.W. Ansted who was originaly a spring and axle manufacturer from Connersville, Indiana. The Lexington marque was produced from 1909 until 1927 when it was taken over by Auburn and the name was phased out.
