Irving Cliff Hotel Company

Incorporated in 1884 to build a large hotel at Honesdale, Pennsylvania. The 4 storey castellated building was due to open 22nd June 1889 but was destroyed by fire on the evening of 28th May. It was never rebuilt and the area is now a public park.
