Briscoe Motor Corporation

Incorporated in Delaware in 1914 by Benjamin Briscoe who had just left the United States Motor Company. Factory established at Jackson, Michigan which made small automobiles until 1921.
Capital 15,000 shares of Preferred stock of $100 each and 150,000 shares of Common stock without par value. Stock was transferable in either New York or Chicago.
