Founded 1911(?) in Perm by local merchant Pavel Stepanovitch Shirnov who started his career in the timber business. He and his brother both sign the certificates.

Initial capital was 500,000 roubles in shares of 250 roubles. Capital increased to 1,000,000 roubles in 1914.
