Registered 1913 to operate an agreement between it and the London General Omnibus Company Limited to acquire De Dion buses to operate on routes not currently operated by the London General. Dissolved <1932. Company number 129058. H. J. Lawson was a director and sometimes signs the certificates. He and a fellow director Curzon were prosecuted for fraud in relation to the prospectus and selling of the shares in 1918.
