Registered January 7th, 1908, to acquire from the Share Investments Syndicate Ltd., gold mining leases situate at Wandiligong, Bright, Victoria, Australia.
The consideration was £60,000, payable £5,020 in cash and £54,980 in 30,000 fully-paid preference and 30,000 fully-paid ordinary shares of 5s. each and 199,900 ordinary shares, credited as 4s. paid.
In November 1911 the company acquired the Leon Syndicate Ltd. with mining concessions in Leon, Nicaragua. Property abandoned by 1913.
