All development work was suspended by 1900, with 1 lease being sold to the Croesus South Gold Mines Ltd. and 2 being surrendered. The company was interested in the formation of the Maryborough Leviathan Gold Mines Ltd. and a large interest was also held in the Mother O’ Gold Consolidated Mines Ltd. Assets where acquired by the Mines and Smelting Co., Ltd.
