The collection of US Government bonds formed over a period of some 30 years by John Herzog has recently been sold at auction by Stacks Bowers in America. John Herzog, a well known figure in the Scripophiy world and founder of the Museum of American Financial History decided to dispose of his collection as it has been increasingly hard to find anything new.
