The company appears to have been dormant until an agreement was entered into in Mat 1899 with the Westralian Joint Stock Loan and Finance Co., Ltd. to purchase the Union prospecting claim of 58 acres as well as the John Bull claim of 69 acres along with a 12 stamp battery. These properties where located on Brocks creek, Northern Territories, Australia. Little other work seems to have been under taken and the company was dissolved on 16th November 1906.
