Mines at Charters Towers, Queensland. Formed to acquire the Bonnie Dundee mine and the No.3 North East Queen mine. The ground had been worked previously and had produced rich crushing’s at shallow depths. The mine was also surrounded by some of the richest mines on the goldfield working the Brilliant reef. This mine turned out to be one of the biggest disappointments on the field with the main shaft being sunk over 1,100 feet but the ore being unpayable below 600 feet. Reconstructed as the Bonnie Dundee Gold mines Ltd.
