Formed in Paris 24th July 1936 as the aviation division of Etablissements Ed. Jaeger, precision instrument and watch manufacturer. The ‘A’ shares were issued to this company and the ‘B’ shares were offered for public subscription. The parent company merged with Swiss watch maker Lecoultre in 1937 but we are unsure what happened to this aviation specialist.
Capital 4,000,000 francs in 2,400 category ‘A’ shares and 1,600 category ‘B’ shares, all of 1000 francs.
