Registered in 1875 to acquire the mines of the Westphalian and Heidelberg Silver-Lead Mining Companies in Westphalia and Anhalt, some 23,500 acres. Two directors, Brinsley de Courcy Nixon (1825-1903), banker, founder of the London & Provincial Bank and financier of John Hughes in Russia and Wyndham Wynne (1840-1910), mining engineer, and with considerable mining interests in Germany both sign certificates. Voluntary liquidation 19th December 1910. Company number 9490
