Formed to acquire 100 claims at Tarkwa, Wassau district, Gold Coast Colony, from the Abbontiakoon (Wassaw) Mines Ltd. An additional 100 claims were later acquired from the same company along with 200 deep level claims. The company entered into an agreement with the Abbontiakoon Milling Co. Ltd. For the erection of a mill at the mine, on the terms that they would receive 50% of the gold produced above a recovery level of 85% of the ores content. The mill erected was initially a 50-stamp battery and operated the dry crushing process this was later increased to 100 stamps using the wet process. The milling company was absorbed in July 1908 for 47,581 fully paid shares. In February 1909 the company was amalgamated with the Abbontiakoon (Wassaw) Mines Ltd. To form the Abbontiakoon Mines Ltd.
