Cork and Muskerry Light Railway Company
Incorporated on 12 December 1883 under the Tramways Act.
The line opened in 1887 and 1888, and was extended with a new branch line by the Donoughmore Extension Railway in 1890, with a new capital of £30,000. The whole undertaking became part of the Great Southern Railway in 1925, and in 1934 ceased operation.
