Incorporated on 28th August 1866. A 32 mile line between Bandon and Skibbereen, with a junction with the Cork and Bandon line. It was sold to the Cork and Bandon in 1888.

Capital £200,000 in £10 shares. New capital of £120,000 in shares and £40,000 loans in 1865.
