Formed in Brussels in 1906 to acquire the Sungei Rambat estate by the Kuala Selangor-Rawang railway in Selangor, 200 hectares of which were planted with rubber, coffee and coconuts. In 1920 the company acquired the neighbouring Bungsar Estate, of 780 hectares. (Boone Shares)
Capital 500,000 francs. Increased to 1,200,000 francs in 1909. Increased to 2,000,000 francs in 1910 and to 6,200,000 francs in 1920. Increased again to 12,400,000 francs in 1929.
