Malacca Rubber Plantations Limited

Registered 18th January 1906. Owned about 25,000 acres by 1918 of which 16,500 acres were planted with rubber, mostly owned in perpetuity from the Crown.
Capital £1,000,000 in 885,000 Ordinary shares of £1 and 115,000 7½% Participating Cumulative Preference shares of £1. The Ordinary shares later divided into £816,613 Ordinary stock and 68,387 Ordinary shares of £1. The Preference shares also converted into Preference Stock.
