Formed in Palestine in 1928, now known as Jerusalem District Electricity Company, which has the exclusive rights to supply consumers in East Jerusalem, Bethlehem, Ramallah and Jericho.
Capital £P500,000 in 300,000 Preference shares of £P1 and 200,000 Ordinary shares of £P1. Later increased to £P600,000.
