Company was formed in 1874 and nationalised about 1897.
Capital was originally 3,674,000 roubles metallic in shares of 125 roubles. In 1877 this was converted to paper roubles at 1.27 paper to 1 metallic. Shares when drawn for redemption were replace by jouissance shares. The undrawn shares were converted into series 208 of the 1894 4% Rentes. The jouissance shares became worthless.
