Description
The purpose of the 1895 second loan was primarily to build a line from Yaroslavl to Rybinsk, and a link to the Kostroma line , northeast of Moscow. The proceeds were also used to repay the 1886 bonds (not known to collectors), and acquire more rolling-stock. (source: Boone, April 2021)
