Concession granted in 1858. The name was changed to Riga-Dvinsk in 1893. Length 218km.
Capital was 10,200,000 roubles silver in shares of 125 roubles. There were no jouissance shares but drawn shares participated in excess dividends until the coupon sheet was exhausted. The undrawn shares were converted into 4% Bonds in 1894 (see Government Railway issues).
