Incorporated on 6th August 1872
A 6 ½ mile standard gauge line linking the Stratford-on-Avon and the Evesham and Redditch Railways which opened in 1876. Maintained by the Great Western Railway from 1877, it became part of the Great Western network in 1883.
Capital £50,000 in shares of £10 each, £16,650 in loans or debenture.
