Incorporated on 28th March 1893
An underground electric line running between the two areas of London, the route extended to Paddington and Elephant & Castle under the Act of 1900, and opened fully by 1913. This line along with the Charing Cross, Euston and Hampstead and the Great Northern, Picadilly and Brompton Railways formed the London Electric Railway in 1910.
