A short line from the London and Birmingham Railway at Willesden to the Kensington Canal. It was re-named the West London Railway in 1840, opened in 1844 and leased jointly to the London and Birmingham and the Great Eastern Railways in 1845.
Capital £150,000 in shares and £50,000 in loans. Later increased by a further £80,000.
