Bristol Harbour Railway Company
Incorporated on 28th June 1866
A line connecting the existing Bristol railways with the floating harbour, also including a wharf and warehouses. The Great Western and the Bristol and Exeter Companies raised £115,000 of the capital required. It opened in 1872, and merged with the Great Western Railway.
Capital £165,000 in shares and loans of £50,000.
