East and West Junction Railway Company
Incorporated on 23rd July 1864
A 33 mile cross country line between Fenny Compton and Stratford in central England. An amalgamation with other lines saw the formation of the Stratford-upon-Avon and Midland Junction Railway in 1908. Connections were made with the Midland and the Northampton and Banbury Junction Railways, the latter of these companies joining the newly formed company in 1910.
Capital £300,000 in shares of £20 each. Loans of £100,000.
