Edgware, Highgate and London Railway Company
Incorporated on 3rd June 1862. A line running over 9 miles from Finsbury Park on the Great Northern line, to various points in North London. It opened in 1867, having been extended to Alexandra Park (Alexandra Palace) and the Tottenham and Hampstead Junction Railway. Prior to its opening the line passed to the Great Northern Railway.
