Epping Railway Company
Originally incorporated in 1845, re-incorporated on 13th August 1859.
Put forward by the London and Blackwall Railway for a line to extend the Eastern Counties Railway on to Epping. The scheme was postponed due to opposition, but was re-incorporated in 1859. The rights passed to the Eastern Counties company in 1862, and subsequently the Great Eastern Railway who built the line.
Capital £100,000 in £10 shares and loans of £33,000.
