Halesowen Railway Company
Incorporated on 13th July 1876.
A re-naming of the the Halesowen and Bromsgrove Branch Railways. The lines opened in 1883, and became vested jointly in the Great Western and Midland companies from 1906.
Capital of £120,000 in shares of £10 each, and mortgage for £40,000. New branches in 1866 £27,000 and loans £9,000. Again in 1876 another £45,000 raised with loans of £15,000. In 1880 capital of £21,000 and loans £7,000 were authorised.
