
Humber Commercial Railway and Dock Company
Incorporated on 22nd July 1904. A line connecting Immingham Dock in North Lincolnshire (opened by the Great Central Railway) to the town of Ulceby, the line built mainly for coal traffic. It opened in 1910, and along with the Grimsby District Light Railway and the Barton and Immingham Light Railway formed the network serving the new dock. The line passed to the London and North Eastern Railway at grouping.
Capital £1,800,000 in shares and £599,996 in loans.
