Luton, Dunstable and Welwyn Junction Railway Company
Incorporated on 16th July 1855.
A 17 mile line connecting the towns and joining the London and North Western, and the Great Northern Railways at either end. It formed the Hertford, Luton and Dunstable Railway in 1858 together with the Hertford and Welwyn Junction company, and opened in 1860. Joined the Great Northern Railway in 1861.
Capital £120,000 in shares of £10 each, and loans of £40,000.
