Incorporated on 5th August 1873.
A 13½ mile line between Gloucester and Dymock, a very similar route to the Ross and Ledbury line incorporated 1 week earlier. The line opened in 1885 and passed (as did the Ross and Ledbury) to the Great Western Railway in 1892.
Capital £160,000 in shares of £10 each, loans of £53,300.
