Registered 1882. Dissolved <1916. Company number 17132. Opened the luxurious 500 room Hotel Victoria in 1887 at a cost of £520,000, following the opening up of this fashionable street off Trafalgar Square. Closed in 1940 and used by the War Office. They bought the premises in 1951 and its now known as Northumberland House.
