Nuneaton and Hinckley Railway Company
Incorporated on 13th August 1859.
A 4½ mile line connecting the towns and the Trent Valley Railway. It opened in 1862 worked by the London and North Western Railway, and was re-named the South Leicestershire Railway in 1860. The line passed formally to the London and North Western in 1867.
