Registered 1899. Following the creation of this company in 1894, John le Couteur and his wife Maude obtained a license to deal with Gaumont film equipment and also experimented with early film, shooting several reels of Queen Victoria’s Diamond Jubilee celebrations. As a businessman he was not so good and after losing the Gaumont license he and his wife commited double suicide at the company’s offices in Hannover Square, London in 1905. Dissolved <1916. Company number 60723.
