Registered 25th June 1896 as Riley Cycle Company Limited but was soon building motorcycles and motor cars. Name changed in 1912. Works at Coventry and Hendon. Acquired by William Morris (Lord Nuffield) in 1938. Dissolved <1948. Company number 48488.
