Saint George’s Harbour Company
Incorporated by Act of Parliament by 1857. The company was formed to build a harbour and pier at Llandudno, North Wales, and a railway to join the Chester & Holyhead line. The harbour works were not undertaken, but the railway finally became absorbed into L.N.W.R.
